Dispensary Associate (Felton, DE)

The Farm Compassion Center is looking for friendly and professional Associates to join our Team!
Job Types: Full-time and must have Weekend Availability

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Interact with patients in a professional and friendly manner

· Listen attentively to patients in order to understand and to make product recommendations based on specific patient needs

· Provide outstanding customer service

· Participate in continuous education regarding various marijuana products and methods of medicating

· Accurately and precisely enter patient information into our Patient management system

· Maintain a balanced cash drawer by processing cash transactions with high attention to detail and accuracy

· Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with different people and personalities ranging from Patients, Co-workers, Vendor Representatives, etc.

· Comfortable cleaning, stocking, and organizing dispensary (clean bathrooms, take out garbage, sweep floors, dust, sanitize, etc.)

· Conduct accurate inventory counts of all dispensary products

· Work cohesively as part of family/team environment

· Open to being cross-trained, and manage other duties, as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· 21+ years of age

· Legally Authorized to work in the United States – all documentation required

· Successfully pass a Background Screening and obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card

· Successfully obtain a Delaware MMJ Center Agent card

· Possess basic math, reading, and verbal skills

· Possess basic Computer Skills and comfortable conducting brief internet research (Microsoft Office, Google Suites)

· Punctual AND Reliable Transportation

· Ability to follow The Farm Standard Operating Procedures in order to maintain compliance

· Ability to interpret and take direction from Supervisors, Management, and any other member of Leadership

· Must be able to perform various physical requirements —while performing the duties of this position you may be required to reach with hands and arms, speak and hear, stand, walk, sit and use hands to type, write and handle equipment and containers. You may also be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; occasionally lift and/or move objects of 50 pounds or less.

· MUST BE WILLING TO WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS WITH NO SCHEDULE RESTRICTIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· High School Diploma or GED required

· 2-3 years of Customer Service/Sales experience and hospitality experience is a plus!

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff and patients as safe as possible we have installed acrylic shields at each station, provide PPEs for staff and require patients to have a mask, and only permit limited patients in the facility at a time.
