Each state that has a medical cannabis program has its own list of requirements in order to participate. Read below on how to qualify in Delaware.

Who Is Eligible to Register As a Cannabis Patient in Delaware?

In order to qualify for a Medical Marijuana Card, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Be 18 years of age or older or be a pediatric patient with parental consent.

  • Have a Physician Certification from a Delaware licensed Medical or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. (Patients 65+ can self certify)

  • Be a Delaware resident with proof of residency. (DE Driver's License or DE State ID)

  • Be an out-of state medical patient with MMJ ID card. Out-of state patients can register here (https://delaware.biotrackthc.net/patients/actions/?action=application)
